SAFARICOM MARATHON 2012
The 12th Safaricom Marathon and Half Marathon took place at the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, 140 miles north of Nairobi on Saturday 30th June 2012.
Organised by Tusk and supported by Safaricom this fundraising event hosted over 1,000 runners from over 30 different countries.
The 2012 Safaricom Marathon raised funds for the following projects throughout Kenya. We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part - runners and their supporters, volunteers on the day and all of the event sponsors - for making this such a successful event.
